The Pawnee County Road and Bridge Department has been working on repairing many of our paved roads which are needing base repair, overlays, and oil seal to get them in shape for this winter.
This weeks road repair schedule looks like this:
Monday Aug 5: Spot overlay on the landfill blacktop (K road). Also the crew will be working on a spot overlay project on the Doll Road (I road) from 100th to K-19.
Tuesday Aug 6: Spot overlay on the John Lewis Road (L Road) from Hwy 56 to 140th. 
Wednesday Aug 7: Spot overlay on the Garfield Cemetery Road. Also a spot overlay project on the Couchman Road (H Road) from 190th to 210.
Thursday Aug 8: Overlay project on the South Rozel Road from Hwy156 to M Road. Also a spot overlay project on the North Rozel Road from Hwy 156 to O Road.
This is road work season so be on the look out for road construction and give them a brake!
